When you submit an enquiry or Aqua Green water order request on this website, Raystech International (Pvt) Ltd. uses the information you provide to understand and respond to your request.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, optional email address, and location.
- The Raystech service area and specific service you are interested in.
- Any details you choose to add to your message.
- The page from which you submitted the enquiry and your preferred contact method.
- For water order requests: selected bottle sizes and quantities, delivery schedule and preferred date, delivery address, company name if provided, and optional notes.
The website does not intentionally store your IP address with the enquiry record.
How we use the information
We use the information to route enquiries to the relevant team; contact you about your request; and arrange, confirm, and manage water delivery requests. Submitting a water request does not confirm a purchase or delivery.
Where it is stored
Enquiries and water order requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database configured for the Asia-Pacific region. Access should be limited to people who need the information to respond to and manage customer requests.
If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, the website opens WhatsApp with a summary prepared for you after your form is saved. Sending that message is your choice. Once you use WhatsApp, its own terms and privacy practices apply.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits to our public pages and improve the website. Google Analytics may process page addresses, browser and device details, and interactions, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. We do not send the information entered into enquiry or order forms to Google Analytics as custom events. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy policy. The admin dashboard is excluded from this tracking.
Retention and your choices
Raystech should keep enquiry and order-request information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant records, and meet applicable obligations. You can ask to review, correct, or delete your details by contacting the team on WhatsApp at +92 301 555 5456.
